A seller enquiry gets an instant message offering a free home valuation with a booking link. Both responses go out in under 90 seconds.

AI Chatbot for Pre-Qualification

An AI chatbot handles the initial conversation — asking buyers about their budget, pre-approval status and preferred areas, and asking sellers about their timeline, property type and reason for selling. By the time the agent jumps in, she already knows whether the lead is worth her time and what they need.

Long-Term Nurture for Cold Leads

Most real estate leads aren't ready to act immediately — they're 3–6 months away from making a move. We built a nurture sequence that sends market updates, property insights and helpful tips every 3–4 weeks. When a cold lead was ready to move, her name was top of mind because she'd been consistently in their inbox.

In the first 90 days, this sequence converted 4 previously cold leads into active clients — representing over $14,000 in commission.

Re-Engagement of Old Leads

She had 280 contacts in her old CRM who had gone cold over the past 2 years. We sent a simple re-engagement message: "Hey [name] — the market has changed a lot since we last spoke.
