The Situation

Sarah runs a residential cleaning company with 6 cleaners and about 80 regular clients. By most measures, she had a successful business. Good reputation, steady repeat customers, reliable team.

What We Built

Booking Confirmation System

Every booking now triggers an immediate confirmation SMS and email. The client gets a personalised message with the date, time, cleaner's name and a link to manage or reschedule if needed. Sarah does nothing.

Reminder Sequence

24 hours before each clean: SMS reminder with all the details and a one-click reschedule link. 2 hours before: a short, friendly reminder. No-shows dropped from roughly 3–4 per month to near zero.

Review Automation

4 hours after each completed clean, the client receives an SMS: "Hi [name]! Hope everything looks spotless ✨ If you're happy, we'd love a quick Google review — it really helps us: [link]"

In the first 60 days, 38 new Google reviews came in. Her rating went from 4.1 (with 19 reviews) to 4.9 (with 57 reviews). Her Google Maps ranking for "cleaning company [city]" moved from page 2 to the top 3 results.

Re-Booking Automation

Clients who haven't rebooked within 5 weeks get a gentle nudge: "Hi [name]! It's been a little while — is it time for another clean? We have availability this week. Here's our booking link: [link]"

This alone recovered 7–8 clients per month who had simply drifted without anyone following up.

New Enquiry Follow-Up

Every new enquiry gets an instant response, a follow-up after 24 hours if they haven't booked, and a final message after 72 hours. The conversion rate from enquiry to booking went from 31% to 54%.
