The Situation

A business coach offering a 3-month group coaching programme was earning around $12,000/month — comfortable, but far below what his audience size and content quality should have been generating. What We Built

Automated Discovery Call Funnel

We built a landing page with a short application form and connected it to GHL. Every application triggers an immediate email acknowledging the application, followed by an automated booking link for a discovery call. Previously, people had to wait for a manual response before they could even book. Now they're in the calendar within minutes of applying.

Pre-Call Nurture Sequence

Between application and the discovery call, the prospect receives three automated emails: a welcome message with his story and philosophy, a client success story, and a preparation guide for the call. By the time the call happens, prospects are warm, informed and far more likely to say yes. Show-up rate went from 61% to 89%.

Post-Call Follow-Up

If a prospect doesn't enrol immediately after a discovery call, they enter a 14-day follow-up sequence — not pushy, just consistent. A summary of what was discussed, a specific piece of content relevant to their situation, a client testimonial, and a final gentle nudge. This sequence converts 30–40% of post-call "maybes" into enrolled clients.

Client Onboarding Automation

When a new client enrolls, GHL automatically sends the welcome pack, access credentials, programme schedule and onboarding questionnaire — all without him touching anything. He used to spend 2–3 hours per new client on this. Now it's zero.
