Before anything else — design, copy, or traffic — your offer needs to be clear and compelling. What is the visitor getting by reaching out? Why should they choose you? Why should they act now rather than later? If these questions are not answered clearly on the page, conversion will be low regardless of how much traffic you drive.

  • Clear headline stating the specific outcome you deliver
  • Social proof close to the call to action — real reviews or results
  • Simple form asking only essential information
  • Explicit statement of what happens after they submit
  • Trust signals: years in business, number of clients served, certifications

What Prevents Funnels From Working

The most common funnel failure points are: confusing or vague headlines, forms with too many fields, no clear next step after submission, no social proof, and no follow-up system to convert enquiries into appointments.

A funnel with no automated follow-up is capturing leads and then losing most of them. The funnel's job is to get the enquiry. The follow-up system's job is to convert that enquiry. Both need to work.
Run the 5-second test on your landing page. Show it to someone who has never seen it. After 5 seconds, cover the screen and ask: "What does this business do and who is it for?" If they cannot answer clearly, your headline and layout need work.
